The word Tantra means 'to accelerate beyond our limitations'.
This incredibly powerful science allows us to break free from our self limiting patterns, strengthening our body and mind from the inside out and setting us free to 'simply be'.
This complete practice always compromises of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation (connection to self and consciousness). Designed to suit each individuals specific needs and desired outcomes.
